Yes! In fact, we encourage it. The fact that we are based in the United States should not deter great writers around the globe from entering.

The only requirements for international entries are:

• Entrants must be able to pay the contest entry fee in U.S. Dollars by using a credit card or PayPal account that allows currency conversion to U.S. Dollars.
• Winners must be able to receive payment drawn on a U.S. bank through PayPal, cheque, or wire transfer (in order of preference). Winners may also choose to donate the cash portion of their prize back to the Empire & Great Jones Creative Arts Foundation, the nonprofit parent of Spark: A Creative Anthology.
