The only requirement for international submissions is:

• Accepted contributors must be able to receive payment drawn on a U.S. bank through PayPal, cheque, or wire transfer (in order of preference). Contributors may also choose to donate their payment back to the Empire & Great Jones Creative Arts Foundation, the nonprofit parent of Spark: A Creative Anthology.
